1. General Use
These Terms, together with any additional notices published on the Website, govern your use of our services.
SMUT ATHENS reserves the right to modify, update, or remove parts of the Website or these Terms at any time, in accordance with applicable law. Continued use of the Website or placing of orders following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Formation of Contract
A binding contract between you and SMUT ATHENS is formed once your order has been successfully completed and confirmed via email.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are not using false or unauthorized identity details
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing them prior to purchase.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number, which serves as your proof of purchase.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include the applicable Greek VAT (24%).
Payments are processed by our payment service provider Viva.com. You are redirected to the secure Viva.com payment page to complete your payment; the available payment methods are shown there. SMUT ATHENS does not receive or store your full card details.
Your order is only completed once the payment has been successfully confirmed by Viva.com. If the payment fails or is cancelled, no contract is formed and no ticket is issued. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
6. Admission & Door Policy
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that entry to the event is subject to the venue’s door policy and internal regulations.
SMUT ATHENS operates a curated admission policy. Final admission is at the discretion of the venue and its authorized staff, in compliance with applicable Greek law.
A valid ticket does not guarantee entry.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Greek consumer law, tickets for leisure services with a specific date are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- In the event of non-admission (door rejection), subject to internal review
- If the event is canceled or significantly changed by the organizer
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued solely in the event of refusal of entry at the door.
To be eligible for a refund, the ticket must be officially marked as “REVOKED” by our door staff at the time of refusal. Once validated, the refund will be processed within three (3) working days. No refunds will be granted under any other circumstances.
8. Ticketing & Entry
No physical tickets are issued. Your order number and QR Ticket are sufficient for entry and will be exchanged for an event wristband at the door.
You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are correct and accessible upon arrival.
9. Liability
SMUT ATHENS makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on this Website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content.
Use of the Website is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Website, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable Greek and European consumer protection laws.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
